Scheme approved. Extension of existing office and retail building and associated works to provide additional floorspace at roof level, use of part of the ground floor for retail use within Classes A1, A3, A4, part demolition and alterations to the stone facade fronting Buckingham Palace Road and the part removal of the glazed building canopy, alterations to the public realm, creation of high level terraces, alterations to the bus facility on Bullied Way and roof top plant along with highway, landscaping and other works.

Clancarty Lodge Depot South Park, Peterborough Road

Scheme approved. Refurbishment of Clancarty Lodge, demolition of attached pavilion building and erection of new buildings to provide an arts community centre with ancillary cafe and children’s day nursery, associated landscaping  works, cycle parking and new pedestrian entrance to the site.

Scheme refused. Redevelopment of the site at Regent’s Wharf including the refurbishment and extension of 10-12 Regent’s Wharf (including part one/part two storey roof extension) to provide additional Class B1 business floorspace with ancillary flexible Class A1/A3 (retail/business/non-residential institutions) floorspace at ground floor level; demolition of 14, 16 and 18 Regent’s Wharf and erection of a part enclosure providing Class B1(a) office floorspace and flexible Class A1/A3/B1/D1/D2 (retail/restaurant & cafe/business/non-residential institutions/assembly & leisure) floorspace at ground floor; and associated hard and soft landscaping.

Scheme approved. Demolition of the existing buildings and erection of a 27 storey building (part 10, part 15, part 20, part 25, part 27-storeys) with 3 basement levels to provide for 63,507 square meters (GIA) of office floorspace (Use Class B1(a)) and 1,223 square meters (GIA) of flexible retail/professional services/restaurant/cafe floorspace (Use Class A1/A2/A3) along with associated access and servicing arrangements, cycle parking, refuse storage and landscaping works.

Scheme approved. Facade replacement with retention of existing structural frame and erection of two additional storeys, to provide a building of basement, ground and eight upper floors with covered and screened plant area at rear eighth floor level, lift overrun at main roof level and associated works in connection with use of he building as retail (Class A1) at part basement and part ground floor level and offices (Class B1) on the upper floors.

Demolition of existing structures/building and the redevelopment of the site for a mixed use scheme providing 785 residential units (C3) and 2,954 sqm GIA commercial floorspace (A1/A3/B1/D2) within a series of thirteen building blocks varying between 3 and 17 storeys (Maximum AOD height of 59.5m0; the creation of a new access road and the realignment of Ailsa Street; the provision of safeguarded land for a bridge landing; the provision of cycle and car parking spaces; and associated site-wide landscaping and public realm works.
