Scheme refused. Illuminated River Project

Scheme approved, The Illuminated River project comprises a major public art installation, designed by artist Leo Villareal, which would illuminated fifteen of the central London bridges across the River Thames, the bridges in the project include:

Albert Bridge, Grosvenor Bridge, Chelsea Bridge, Vauxhall Bridge, Lambeth Bridge, Westminster Bridge, Golden Jubilee Bridge Footbridges, Waterloo Bridge, Blackfriars Road Bridge, Blackfriars Railway Bridge, Millennium Bridge, Southwark Bridge, Cannon Street Railway Bridge,  London Bridge and Tower Bridge.

Former Garages Site at Daubeney Road

Scheme approved. Demolition of 25 disused garages and the construction of a terrace of 11 two storey houses (C3), the creation of a new shared surface access route between Daubeney Road and Redwald Road, three communal cycle stores, visitor cycle stands, signage, along with associated hard and soft landscaping.

The Island Site, Great Eastern Street & Tabernacle Street

Approved. Commercial led mixed use redevelopment of island site bounded by Great Eastern Street, Tabernacle Square, Tabernacle Street and Singer Street involving the demolition and re build of Titchfield House (basement and 6 storey building) and Picture House (basement and 10 storeys) with a new central courtyard and pedestrian route linking Singer Street and Great Eastern Street. Refurbishment and extension of townhouse along Great Eastern Street, all to provide 1,546m2 of retail type uses (Use Classes A1, A3 and A5) 7,242m2 of office (Use Class B1a) and 9 residential units.
