Scheme approved. Use of building for residential purposes (Class c3) to provide 73 residential units (45 private units and 28 affordable units). Re-cladding of all existing facades, installation of balconies and terraces including creation of two terraces to rear at first floor level and associated landscaping works at rear of building. Provision of 44 off-street car parking spaces and 131 cycle parking spaces within an enclosed private car park with access from Guildhouse Street. Reduction of plant room at roof level, installation of plant at lower ground floor level and installation of solar panels on roof at seventh floor level.

Scheme approved. Dual/alternative use of building as wither a sports and leisure facility (Class D2) or offices (Class B1) and internal and external alterations including installation of lift within north-west staircore, internal lighting, addition of balustrades to gallery, installation of new sports floor, alteration to internal layout within crypt, formation of new entrance ramp, erection of canopy and alterations to railings within Bell Street and erection to two storey extension to south-west corner to accommodation new staircore.

New Scotland Yard, 8-10 Broadway

Scheme approved. Demolition of existing buildings and erection of mixed use development comprising office (Class B1) and retail (Classes A1 & A3) across x2 four storey podiums, each with three residential buildings above (total of x6 residential buildings) ranging from 14 to 20 storeys high, providing 268 residential units (including 10 x affordable residential units). Provision of new walkway and landscaping between the podiums and a retail pavilion at ground level. Erection of three basement levels comprising residential facilities, cycle storage (commercial and residential), plant and parking spaces.

35 Cranbourn Street

Scheme approved. Erection of mansard roof extension with rear terrace at main (fourth floor) roof level in connection with the use of the basement, ground and first floors as a restaurant (Class A3) and use of the second, third and fourth levels as two residential units (Class C3). Installation of replacement windows, kitchen extract duct, replacement rooftop plant and alterations to shopfront to St Martin’s Court elevation.

65-66 Frith Street

Scheme approved. Demolition of rear facade (Chapone Place) and erection of extensions at rear second and third floor levels and at main roof level to create a new sixth floor in connection with the use of part basement and ground and the first to new sixth floor levels as eleven residential units (Class C3). Use of part lower ground and ground floors as restaurant accommodation (Class A3) and installation of a full height extract duct. Creation of terraces and balconies at second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth floor levels. Installation of plant at rear third floor level with associated screening and at main roof level, photovoltaic cells and alterations to the shopfront, including a bridge over the existing lightwell.

Site At Junction of Western Avenue And Old Road London

Scheme refused. Redevelopment of the site by erection of a part 8 storey, part 7 storey, part 3 storey building (over 2 basement floors), to provide 320 rooms of student accommodation, including ground floor level coffee shop (use class A1).

230 Vauxhall Bridge Road

Scheme deferred. Use of the first, second, third, fourth and part fifth floor levels as 13 residential units (Class C3) and reconfiguration of three existing residential units at fifth and sixth floor level. Use of basement and ground floor as either office (Class B1), non-residential institution (Class D1) or financial or professional services (Class A2). Extension of the existing plant room and stair core at sixth floor level fronting King’s Scholars’ Passage, new entrances and alterations to fenestration.

66-68 Bell Lane and 1-5 Tenter Ground

Scheme refused. The demolition of the existing building at 66-68 bell Lane and the erection of a new single dwelling house set over five floors (including basement) with ancillary private artist’s studio space and the creation of linked ancillary residential accommodation located on the 2nd floor on No.1-5 Tenter Ground.
