Scheme approved. Demolition of existing residential buildings and erection of a 6-storey plus basement building to accommodate 19 self-contained residential units, associated landscaping, cycle and refuse storage.

10 – 18 Union Street

Scheme approved. Demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment of the site to provide a building 4 – 6 storeys in height, comprising 7,926m (GIA) office floor space (use class B1a), and flexible A1/A2/A3 ground floor retail unit (54m2 GIA), together with ancillary ground floor and basement plant and storage, and hard landscaping works.

133 Park Street and 105 Sumner Street

Scheme approved. Demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment to provide two class B1 office buildings and nine storeys and ten storeys plus plant (41m AOD on Sumner Street and 42.85 AOD on Park Street). The development will include the creation of a new basement; new public realm; provision fo a retail 9class A1/A3/A5) kiosk; hard and soft landscaping and other associated works.

18 – 18A Palace Road

Scheme approved. Redevelopment of the site involving the demolition of the existing Care Home (Use Class C2) and erection of a 3 storey building to provide 11 residential units (3 x 1 bed, 4 x 2 bed and 4 x 3 bed), together with provision of 6 car parking spaces and bin/cycles store, with associated landscaping.

12 – 20 Wyvil Road

Scheme approved. Demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment of the site to provide a residential led mixed use development in a part 1/part 5/part 35/36 storey building to the North/North East and a 9 storey building to the South (fronting onto Wyvil Road) comprising 278 residential units, office (B1) and retail floorspace (flexible use Class A1, A2 an A3). Provision of 2 levels of basement, together with servicing, car parking adn provision of areas of public realm and associated works.

18 Wells Street

Scheme approved. Demolition of existing building and erection of a new building of lower ground, ground plus eight upper storeys to comprise offices (Use Class B1), a retail unit (Class A1) on part of the ground and lower ground floor level and mechanical plant and solar photovoltaic panels at roof level and associated highway works.

37 Curzon Street

Scheme approved. Variation of Condition 5 of planning permission dated 17 July 2013 (RN: 13/03289/FULL) for use of the first floor and second floors as 4 x 3 bedroom flats (Class C3); namely, to allow changes to sound proofing and to allow the submission of a revised acoustic report.

16 Devonshire Place

Scheme approved. Use as six self-contained flats (Class C3) including the demolition and replacement of rear extensions at lower ground and ground floor levels, excavation of rear garden and vault at lower ground and ground floor level. Installation of four condensers at lower ground floor level within acoustic enclosure and a condenser unit within an acoustic enclosure within the rear patio at lower ground floor level and condenser in front lightwell. Replacement windows and internal alterations.

William Court, 6 Hall Road
