Scheme approved. Demolition of existing building and development comprising of part six, part 7 and part 8 storey building to accommodate 57 new affordable residential units (Use Class C3) and provision of flexible employment/retail space on ground floor (Use Class B1, A1-A3).

Land at Blackfriars Road bounded by Stamford Street, Paris Gardens and Christ Church

Scheme approved. Redevelopment of site to create four levels of basement and the erection of six buildings ranging from five to 53 storeys plus plant (heights ranging from 23.1m AOD – 183.5m AOD) to provide office space (Class B1); 548 room hotel (Class C1); 288 residential units (Class C3); flexible retail uses (Classes A1/2/A3/A4); restaurant (Class A3); music venue (Class D2); storage (Class B8); new landscaping and public realm; reconfigured vehicular and pedestrian access; associated works to public highway; ancillary servicing and plant; car parking and associated works.

Scheme deferred. Demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment to provide a 6-storey (plus basement) building accommodating 1,307 sqm (NIA) office floorspace at basement and first to fifth floors, and a 243 sqm (NIA) retail (A1 use) unit at ground level, together with associated parking and refuse and recycling storage.

Scheme approved. Redevelopment of the site to create a 9 storey (plus single basement) office building (use class B1a) and and associated works.

Scheme approved. Erection of 2 storey extension to accommodate 4 additional apartments (Class C3) including terraces and green roofs. Associated works to include refurbishment of the existing exterior and internal common parts, replacement lifts and landscaping in connection with the provision  of additional parking spaces.

Carlton Court, 120 Maida Vale

Scheme deferred. Demolition of existing five storey building and out buildings and erection of a part five and part three storey serviced apartment hotel building (Use Class C1) with restaurant and spa facilities in newly excavated basement and erection of single storey stair structure in rear garden to provide access to the basement.

Scheme approved. Demolition of existing front and rear facades and construction of replacement facades in new position incorporating full height front and rear extensions to provide additional office accommodation; extension of the undercroft; rooftop extension and relocation of the two existing residential units at 4th floor to the new 5th floor level, roof terraces at front fifth floor level and on the main roof, refurbishment of offices in remainder of the building and associated works.

Demolition of the two existing office buildings (Class B1) and the erection of a part 6, 12, 22 storey building (including ground level public realm) to provide a mixed-use development comprising 14,668 sqm GEA hotel (Class B1), ground floor retail (Class A1/A3), flexible cultural space at ground and basement level, 2 storey basement level providing car/cycle parking and servicing and associated public realm, landscaping, plant and all enabling and ancillary works.
