Installation of new external wall insulation using a brick-slip system; installation of new triple glazed windows; installation of solar shading; refurbishment of existing recessed balconies; retrospective permission for the installation of solar panels on the roofs; installation of mechanical ventilation heat recovery system, and associated louvres; replacement of existing stairwells with new lifts, refuse stores and core entrances; and associated hardscaping and landscaping works, including removal of existing ramps.
