Demolition of existing buildings and construction of a mixed-use development of three buildings being 1) part five, six and seven storeys, 2) part five, seven and eight storeys and 3) part seven and eight storeys, accommodating up to 1,229 sqm of storage and distribution space (Use Class B8), 53 affordable residential homes (Use Class C3) (40% affordable by habitable room) and 360 purpose-built student accommodation rooms (Use Class Sui Generis) with ancillary cycle parking, refuse stores, car parking and landscaping.
