Demolition of existing buildings and the redevelopment of the site with the erection of eight new buildings ranging from one to six storeys to provide 253 residential units (Use Class C3), a new children’s day nursery (Use Class E) and a new community centre (Use Class F), with associated refuse storage, cycle parking and Blue Badge car parking, together with the provision of an all-weather games pitch, outdoor children’s play facilities, and new hard and soft landscaped public open space. The proposals include the erection of a temporary community centre building (Use Class F).
